Two very different men are determined to help her prove her theories. Hawke is a tattooed PI with a 1967 Shelby Mustang and a job he can't, or won't, explain. Drake is a politician, Kate's high school crush, and might be the biggest womanizer in the state—which is saying something since Utah was built by polygamists. Kate has a murder to solve, a mom who causes a disaster at least once a week, and a town that's obsessed with her sinful life choices, like drinking coffee.
None of this was in the job description. Getting through it and solving the murder is going to take a lot of coffee, chocolate frosted donuts, Neil Diamond's greatest hits, and a slew of words not on the town's imitation swear list.
