I am not generally a fan of reading fiction nor romance but this book drew me in and kept me interested. The characters were well developed and felt like friends. I really enjoyed all of the distinct and detailed quirks in the book. It was cleverly written and infused create and humorous elements. The story line took some unexpected turns and I was definitely sad when I was done reading simply because I wanted more. Absolutely looking forward to the next book and another worthwhile break from reality!

Angela Corbett writes really goog stories under both pen names , the other being Destiny Ford. I read the Devil drinks Coffee series which was so funny and well written that I wanted to read more of her writing. Her book has a great complex love story of two people who have difficulty opening up to romance and giving up control. I will keep reading and buying all of Angela's books!
